Patak's butter chicken sauce is a delicious sauce based on cream, tomato and butter, flavoured with fenugreek leaf and a hint of cardamom.

Water, tomato (10%), cream (MILK), butter (MILK) (3.5%), concentrated tomato paste (2.5%), modified maize starch, sugar, spices (spices, smoked paprika, coriander, cumin, green cardamom (0.17%)), rapeseed oil, dried onion, garlic puree, ginger puree, whey protein concentrate (MILK), salt, acidity regulators (lactic acid, citric acid), paprika extract, dried fenugreek leaf. May also contain traces of peanuts and nuts.
