Gluten-free whole grain OATS (57%), sustainable palm oil, dark chocolate pieces (10%), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier, lecithin (SOYA), natural vanilla flavouring, brown sugar, dried coconut (5%), tapioca starch, partially inverted syrup, Lyle's syrup, raising agents (sodium carbonates, disodium diphosphate), natural flavouring, sea salt, rice flour. May contain traces of MILK. Both our recipe and our factory are NUT-free. We cannot guarantee that our ingredients are NUT-free. Not suitable if you are allergic to avenin, a protein naturally found in OATS.
